Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The product must:

• Be unused

• Be unwashed

• Be returned with original tags and packaging

• Be in resalable condition

Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible.

Certain products, including customised or personalised items, gift cards, and promotional clearance products, may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

• Size

• Colour (subject to availability)

• Replacement in case of manufacturing defects

Exchange requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

The replacement product will be shipped after the original item has been received and inspected.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

• The product is unavailable after payment.

• The order is cancelled before dispatch.

• A return has been approved after inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.
